wedding packages include a 2nd consult 4 weeks before your
wedding and a phone consult 1 week before.
• We arrive approximately 1 hour prior to start time, at no charge to you. There is no fee for
setting up nor tearing down.

weddings: We'll act as on-site coordinators and Coordinate
your Grand
Entrance, making sure names are pronounced
correctly and ensure your
Photographer, Videographer, and
Guests are ready. We coordinate based on the itinerary we plan with you during consultations.
We double and triple-check name pronunciations before the grand entrance, getting them right!
• (Weddings) We introduce your best man and maid of honor for the toast(s), giving
them use of our
cordless microphone.
• We'll make all Dinner and Special Event
announcements.
• We'll play appropriate background music during
dinner.
• We'll play continuous music combining
audience requests and
